Can you give an example,since I edit my stuff, except for homework. If I go to an event, though, I might change how I see it after 30 days.

With an anxiety disorder you may write stuff you think doesn't sound like you. Don't change it. Leave it as you wrote it at the time.

That is how I started then she gave me areas to work on and later things to look up on the net. I didn't edit my pages but left them as they were as I felt at the time of writing. That is important.

What I do is write something daily, and take a typed copy with me. I have goals, and either meet or don't, and then we talk about obstacles. I keep track of the tv I watch, and amount of sleep, on average, on spreadsheets. That summarizes what I do...
