Hi Beckylyn, the depression seems to be a problem with alot of us, i was that way off and on in the beginning, i even thought of meds for awhile but i just had to power through it, i know its awful and just hits ya out of no where, i hope the Dr, can help just remember smoking is not an option and NO fix for this Hang Tough you are doing good :) Tresa My Milage:

Lisa go to a craft store and get some paint and some paper and brush the depression, paint it let it out :) you will be amazed what kinds of pictures you can get out of it. :) Tresa My Milage:

Hi Stormy i loved your post it is so right on, i have a whole different look at smoking now that iam free of them, it was a real journey and as i look back i think how stupid it was to let something like a cigarette do all that to me , iam still feeling the benefits of my quit after almost 6 years now, i hope too that i have escaped any damage to my body but then i did smoke for 35 years, come visit here more often Tresa My Milage:

Hi Robash, and welcome do use this site for support, its a great palce to be. I always say its easy to quit smoking, but not easy to stay quit, you just have to power through it if you are gonna be free of cigaretts, it can be better for some than others it was not easy for me, takes work, strong will and determination to stay quit. you can do this , so get the support you need and SAY NO stay strong, Hang tough :) Tresa My Milage:
