thought i would share a bit with you all.
as many of you know iv'e been going through a bit of a tuff time lately.i caved in 2 weeks ago [i think,brain is now dead!]and have been smoking as normal[lots].i thought it would help,one less thing to worry about every day.one less fight to fight.i could handle all eles going on if i could just smoke again.
well it hasent worked out that way at all.
i feel sick all day as if i will be at any time.my head hurts so im on pain killers,my mouth is dry and sore.my breath smells horid in the morning.i have to get out of my warm bed in the morning to go sit in the summer house to smoke and its freezing!i am refusing to smoke in the house as i used to !because i told the doc i had stoped the nrt's im having a real hard job getting them back!
work is no easyer.aimee's still a pain in the butt the dog still peed in the kitchen and i still dont fancy knooky with my hubby!! all things i thought would right themselfs if i could smoke again .
im just trying to say if your thinking life will be better if you smoke ,think again.i dont evan care that i lost 160 days i just wish i could stop .i will as soon as i get to speak to the doctor!

luci,im sorry about all the crap your having at the moment but please please please if you havent had a fag by now then dont.
im going through a rough patch myself and had the junkie talk in my ear for 2 weeks and caved in .im back to smoking and nothing and i mean nothing is any better. im now fighting to get the nrt;s back from the doctor, i feel sick all day my head is thumping and im so mad with averyone i could scream![no different to when i was quit!]
smoking will not make it better,you feel that your life is out of control, well your quit is the only thing you can control right now so hang on to it ,get mad with thoughs thoughts tell them to piss of out of your head coz i know you will regret starting again just as i have.

after being beaten about the head by a lovely [lady]person i have decided to Q U I T !
im getting no help from any bugger but im so mad at them i want to do it anyways!
i have had my last fag .thrown the rest away as i promised and am chewing normal gum as i type.
hubby says hes just want the happy jan back again,well smoking didnt work!i told him that a few days more of me like this and maybe i will improve,it cant get any worse thats for sure!
**** the doctors, with your help i can do this. thanks for staying with me in this i have a feeling i may be around alot more!!!!
