Hi Everyone,
I am new here and quit smoking yesterday. I have been smoking for 7 years (not that long when I read about you) but I have developed a really strong addiction, I smoke about 20-25 per day and on weekends or stressful periods it is even worse. While trying to avoid a cig I found this site and it looks really amazing. I quit smoking yesterday and made it through these 2 day okay. Today was really hard though and I am dreading tomorrow morning when I wake up and want a cig so badly. Any suggestions, I really want to make this quit work?
