Hi there

Hope you are all doing well. I'm Silvia and I'm 40 yrs old,I have tried to quit several times,it's not hard for me tho,although living with a smoker doesn't help that much,so because I really want to quit,i decided to look for a group to get some support and some tips. Today is my 2nd day smoke free and I feel great,it's nice to able to breath properly ;p Hope to see you all around Xxx Silvia Ps:sorry about my english,I am living in the UK but I'm portuguese
