Aww, I'm a star!! Thanks Mr. Ed. It's been a good week and I'm really happy with being a non-smoker! Now for the next week. :)

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going out of town tomorrow morning at the crack of dawn! Going to Orlando for a conference for my husband and a visit with my daughter. I'm actually excited about not having to worry about when I'll get my next smoke in the airports!!!! This is going to be a fantastic trip. If hubby's laptop is connecting to the internet in any type of reasonable time I'll try to check in, otherwise I'll see you on the 13th.

Just checking in from Disney World is sunny Orlando! It's hot and humid and fun and exciting here. My daughter, who is 25, drug me all over the place yesterday. She went home today and hubby is in a conference, so I did Epcot this morning at a leisurly pace, we'll go back when he is finished this afternoon. Having a wonderful time!
Oh and did I mention today is day 11 of my quit? I've even managed to walk past the smokers and just keep going. Although that smell was both attractive and disgusting, I find that even though I'm still having some thoughts about smoking, they are easy to distract myself from and they go away quickly. So still going strong on the new non-smoking me!

Well, Juners it's now July! :) Hope everyone is keeping on track and hanging tuff. I'm at 30 days and can't believe I've made it so far.
Oh and just as a note, I'm not checking in here as much now. I find that reading and talking about smoking too much just keeps in in my mind. When I don't read and talk about it, I can go for days without thinking about smoking at all. So, I'll just be in and out.
