I was on the road for these posts so I just saw them.
It was a difficult week...but..with the help of a bag of carrots, one of celery...and apples and oranges...oh and a lot of water...and...ummm..my cell phone to call friends and tell them how much I hate Philip Morris...I managed to make it through...3 traffic jams in and around NYC....without...a smoke..although I was tempted to beat up the homeless guy who was standing on the cork screw with his little sign...i'm sure he must have had a pack of smokes somewhere in his stuff!!!! UGH...
Returned home to my quit smoking CD's which i'll take on the road with me this week...only to be used when i'm on break of course..NOT while i'm driving...

Make a plan...next time you want to grab a pack of smokes...from that not so considerate guy you're married too...grab your mouse instead...and start reading...and writing...and whine..and cry..and tell us all about it...and we'll totally validate you...and...and...maybe that'll help.

Absolutely...this is the part that makes me feel...like a prisoner...like I have to have this...thing at all costs!!
I drive a truck...and..i had a couple of partial packs of cigarettes that I kept up in my truck behind my CB for when i might run out of my good smokes...the.."just in case" packs...I still get that little ting when i'm driving...and occassionallly i'll dig through that spot...thinking..maybe i'll find that one cigarette...luckily...they're all gone..and...
I"M NOT BUYING ANY MORE CIGARETTES!!!
