Funnily, yesterday I did what you did and looked back to the beginning of my quit. It's a really interesting thing to do and maybe should be made compulsory!!
Although of course not everyone would be as eloquent as yourself in their analysis. Well done.

This is my THIRD attempt to write this post sharing with you some wonderful quotes from the paper today.
"Smoking is the stupidest thing you can do to your own body, short of hurling it off a ferry. It turns your fingers yellow, your teeth brown and your lungs black."
"For years, cigarettes and I were in an abusive relationship. They beat me up (internally) yet I couldn't live without them"
"To say I smoked like a chimney would be misleading.....I even smoked in the shower. Honestly, it's easier than you think."
"Every so often I'd kick the fags out, promising that it was really over this time. Then, months down the line, I'd forget about the bad times. Truth was, I still fancied them and, in a weak moment, after a few drinks, there I was back in their arms."
"Anyway, smoking kills, and I'm glad I've stopped."
"QUITTING'S WORTH IT."
There is whole section of the paper about the smoking ban about to be imposed in England and I wish I could share the whole thing with you because we would all be howling with rage and layghter at some of the quotes.
One last: (Apologies for its Englishness)
"I promised I would never allow myself to become an anti-smoking bore........"
...I was having lunch in G****'s restaurant. Princess Margaret was at the next table. She did not just smoke between courses; she smoked between mouthfulls. And she had that loathsome habit of holding the cigarette out at arm's length, so the smoke drifted away from her and into our nostrils. I am still ashamed of the fact that I did not complain at the time. What could she have done? Sent me to the Tower?"
Hope everyone's having a good day/evening/afternoon....

Penitent
As for the hint - I break out in cold sweat at the idea of cutting and pasting and moving things across but thanks anyway.

Sorry, don't know about Chantix but you'll find this site a big help with whatever problem you have. I had to play around quite a bit to find out how things worked. I have added you to my 'Buddy' list so if you get the IM working I will leave you a message there.
Go to the top of the 'Home'page and click on 'launch' then.... wait.
Good luck.
