Things are good here in the land of KY, at least the sun is shining and I'm ready to sail away. Tomorrow, is my big one month day, and I can tell you all I am very proud of getting this far. Being a non-smoker has been the best thing I ever done for my self. My fam is so proud of me, I kinda feel ashamed I didn't do this years ago. These crazy dogs are chasing the ducks around the pond like they,ve never seen them before., Crazy beagles they're going to wake everyone up early.

Hi , today is not a good day, even with the sun shining. It is so nice outside today and I am finding it harder with my not smoking today. I've already had to apologize to hubby for being a _itch. Thankfully he understands. The nice weather only wants me to go outside and you know what. I'm going to have to stop putting my pants in the dryer or they aren't going to fit. I am such a putz today. I have to keep taking these deep breaths and even think about each one. I can only look forward to a day when I don't have to have any of these thoughts.

Hello shipmates hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I'm finally finding a new normal and it's soooooooo nice to be smoke free. Our city is going smoke free April 1st and I was so glad to not feel stressed about that. Things are better every day, woohoo.
Raine good job on 50 days! :) I have sure missed the Magic Ships chocolate and wine, that sounds so good. Keep up the good work people and we'll put another week SMOKEFREE behind us .
