Thanks to everyone...
I printed out some post's, going to cut some firewood in the woods to take the "Edge Off", then a nap till the snow hits. I'll pray for all of you, and will let you know how sucessful I was in the a.m.
Take care,
Ron
Hope you made it through day one! Good luck to you...
I'm on day three, not a good day for me...
I may just have to go back to bed and hide under the covers today...
Now we're expecting a major snow event for tonight, first time ever plowing snow all night without help from Joe Camel.

Your situation is a bummer... I'm blessed to have a supportive wife. She is still smoking but not in front of me. She tries to mask the smell by chewing gum. Bless her heart.
I would try to turn the negative into a positive. Tell yourself that you can stop smoking and will stop smoking & will prove it to your husband that you can do it.
I'm sure it won't be easy, but focus on the reasons why you want to quit in the first place.
Ron
My next 24 hours will be a true test... the lack of sleep and stress that goes with my business this time of the year, (a major snowstorm) will make for a pretty tough situation. I'll get into my plowtruck, and leave the cash and credit card at home... lol
I was reading capetowngirls' posting about if it ever goes away. I know many many ex-smokers... some as long as 40+ years. All say the same thing. The craving to smoke still pops up in their heads for some stupid reason. They don't act upon it, but the thought is still there.
