I don't get in here too often, but , after browsing today, I realised I had not seen a Weekend Promise Post, so thought I'd get it going.
The weekend is often a very hard time, especially for new quitters, when everyone is socialising, going to parties, pubs, drinking......Just making this promise to your frinds here can help you through those hard times.

Just hang in there....you know the Hell to expect, but try to remember the joys and rewards that come with the quit! Think those positive thoughts and stop dwelling on the what ifs!
