I get bumped around like a rotten turnip. None of the psychiatrists or doctors agree on whether I am mentally ill or just alcoholic. And they all want to be rid of me. Does that help? NO. I feel like a hackysack. Kick it somewhere else!
I exercise too much. Does help some. In fact if I cannot find a job I would happily return to hospital because I was exercising more than usual there. And eating veggies and whatever healthy there was to be obtained. Improved my outlook greatly.
Either more categories, or just alcohol percentage range? Some beers are light,some are strong (3% to 10%or even stronger) Wines go from about 7% to 14%, fortified even higher. Spirits generally in the 40% area but what about premixed? Usually 4.5 to7%? I don't know where to log things.
