Hello

Hello all. I have suffered from depression for what seems like, my entire life. Over the past year I have had a really hard time with numerous major stress issues- death of a family member, chronic health issues, loss of a loved pet, hurricane related problems, cancer diagnosis, loss of income, etc that have me at the highest level of depression. I am currently seeing a therapist because I could not seem to be able to break the cycle of my depression. I was on Trintellix but was having horrible side effects from it, now I am on Prozac and Welbutrin which is helping, but I still am having problems with facing each new day. My therapist has me keeping a journal of what is going on each day and that is useful, but I am still searching and wanting to find ways that, not only will help my depression but maybe keep the worst of the depression away totally. Depression is a horrible disease that people live with, it is a constant battle, a battle that has to be fought everyday.
