The most common anxious thought?

hey

i totally agree with this, i have these thoughts daily and it does feel true and i do believe it even tho deep down you no its not true. i think the hardest thing to do is to combat these thoughts.how can we feel different?what should we do when we get these thoughts?

stressful days :(

hey

yes i am going to keep going with the relaxtion techniques, think i have not given them a chance to really help!and i will speak to the midwives and doctors.

also has anyone heard of a remedy called rescue remedy? it is Rescue Remedy is the natural alternative to manage everyday stress,  Free from artificial additives and suitable for vegans. Rescue Remedy is a combination of five of the Bach Flower Essences: Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plum and Star of Bethlehem. has anyone heard about it?

I slept but....

have you tried the sessions and relaxation techniques, they really help. exercise is very good for you and helps with the stress.  and posting on her and having a rant and rave now and again is very helpful!

Cant cope anymore

hey zoe

i definately think you have made a step in the right direction and by seeking help. i also have pre-cancerous cells, i have had a biopsy to take cells of my cervix to check for these and the results showed an area of CIN1 which required treatment of cold coalgulation, which scared the hell out of but you need treatment, otherwise facing cancer would be a lot worse. it like it says on session 1 about avoidance if you avoid a situation more than once it makes you more anxious right?i think it will defiantely help you to speak about your fears and maybe if you can speak to someone who has been through it. 1 problem for me is that i am now pregnant about 6weeks so i cannot have my treatment till after the birth which is going to make me more anxious when i finally do have it.

try and do some exercise as it a good way to relieve tension, and i would defiantely suggest discussing all mediaction available as some are better for each individual as every person varies.hopefully they will help.

i think also when you dont feel good try and spend some time with your children as this will help you and take your mind of things for a while
