Try not to beat yourself up to much, yes you had a slip but its not the end of the world, you had the guts to post your slip so now it's time to restart your quit journey, and I'm sure you can, take all you have learned in the past and try to use this knowledge on your quit journey. The Habit

Today at work towards the end of my shift it dawned on me I had not thought about a cigarette/smoking of over 7 hours, I know my system is clear of nicotine but the process/habit of smoking repeated 100s of 1000s times over 45 years now seems to be fading. I'm delighted my quit journey just gets better each day ?

Hi Tim and thank you, I still have my guard up and I think that will be a lifetime thing but I'm happy with that and just one day at a time works well for me.
