Worried About Sleeplessness

Anyway, don't panic by the amount of sleep you get for the first few days. It is not your normal amount of sleep as an ex-smoker, it is your normal amount of sleep while in drug withdrawal. These are not "normal" times, nor will they last long. Anyone experiencing such problems the first week or two after quitting probably is likely just having adjustment issues.Sleep will eventually settle in to a normal pattern for you as an ex-smoker. Then aging will exert its normal adjustments. Whether it turns out to be more sleep or less, you should at least sleep sounder knowing you are no longer under the control of nicotine and no longer posing such deadly risks to yourself by still smoking. To sleep happier because you know you are staying healthier and likely to live longer, always remember all the times you are awake to Never Take Another Puff!

going strong

Exactly since it is still not FDA approved you can try other methods which are still very effective.i personally have tried Hypnotherepy by Joseph R Giove as an effective process.
Stop-smoking hypnosis is one of the most common forms of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapists employ various methods and tactics to put your mind into a state of total relaxation, so that it's easily influenced. They then suggest ideas and affirmations that discourage smoking. I think on sholud try out.

Weight lose, quit smoking, weight loss effected!

The one thing I do know with regard to addiction, is that any required, repeated action is not a good thing.  A big part of quitting smoking is letting go of the smoking routine
you once had and looking at cigarettes differently. Stop smoking hypnosis san francisco is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of treatment to help do this. There is no reason not to try hypnosis to quit smoking. There are even some self-hypnosis programs you can use at home. The cost is usually less than a carton of cigarettes.

a month of crazy triggers

Sounds like you had Hypnotherapy....Anyways who cares as long as you are not smoking. Not smoking is such a drastic shock to your system,
both physically and mentally, and it takes a lot out of you.Quitting is hard work and it can wear you out, but stay with it. Do whatever you can to take care of yourself like get extra rest,
take vitamins, drink water, go for walks, etc. Everyone will tell you it gets better with time, and it does.  Keep up the good work!

Roller Coaster Withdrawal

Hi and congratulations on 30 days!  Yes i know smoking is such a drastic shock to your system, both physically and mentally, and it takes a lot out of you.  Quitting is hard work and it can wear you out, but stay with it. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES, BUT DELAY, DELAY, DELAY. You will make it through it, and the urge will go away. When it does, celebrate! Take it one urge at a time, and you can do it. .Everyone will tell you it gets better with time, and it does.  Keep up the good work!.You can try Hypnosis By Joseph R Giove.

Another way to look at cravings

Smoking is more than an addiction to nicotine. It is a physical and emotional release from stress and tension. It meets an inherent need that smokers might not have been able to address any other way.Smokers, on the whole, will say they wish they never started. But smoking may have initially served and important function, whether increasing a sense of empowerment, belonging, or distraction from stress. Whatever the reasons, those long-forgotten needs may linger.Nice thoughts there.....
