A new quitter

Hi Everyone, My name is Sharon and I am a third time quitter.  Last cigarette was November 1 this year - feels like forever ago......
I am experiencing a bit of anxiety.  Anyone else felt that way?  Does anyone know if it is related to quitting smoking? Any suggestions would be appreciated!  Thanks.

My Mileage:

My Quit Date: 02/11/2013
Smoke-Free Days: 45
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 450
Amount Saved: $315.00
Life Gained:
Days: 4 Hrs: 10 Mins: 35 Seconds: 11

Feeling great actually, how can you not feel good this close to Christmas?  Anxiety seems to be in the evenings, which is usually when I would smoke.  It seems to creep up and really make me feel like relaxing with a cigarette.  I have found that having a positive attitude and pushing out any negative thoughts or fears seems to help.   Thanks everyone, for your support.

Merry Christmas to all!
