Half way through Hell week - Day 4

Today is my fourth day , I had made it without any slips , as such I am not having any strong withdrawal which requires me to light up , infact on the contrary now have started feeling repulsive towards the smoke odor and feeling a pity on smokers who are still smoking .

Having small feeling of emptiness inside, just drinking a lot of water whenever have such feeling.

Hope I am do not have any relapse

Cheers

Half way through Hell week - Day 4

Thanks all ....

I successfully completed First week & Second week nearing completion ....

No Slip or Relapse, Not finding any great difficulty either, sometimes Nicotine tells to cheat a puff or company of Friends do offer but following strictly N.O.P.E or N.T.A.P.

I Just keeping reminding myself in mind , "I AM A NON SMOKER", (Not even giving a thought that I am a Ex-Smoker).

I hope keep my promise to myself ...............

Nicodemon never goes away

Great to see all you have left smoking for so many days and keeping the pace, I am relatively new with just 40 Non Smoking days.

At times I get triggers for cheating to have few puffs or a cig. had been holding to the temptations till now.

Do you also face similar pull for smoking and if yes how had you avoided it

I quit on the 12th August 2014

Hi

I quit 1 year back believe me it is easy only have to focus 1 hour at a time and remember there is only Smoker & Non Smoker Pure binary system ( 0 or 1).
It is a few day there is pull after that no carving and it is nicotine doing all.

I used to imagine smoker as a poor person standing at the bottom on mountain and who does not know what it is  to be at the Top of mountain and feel the breeze.

THIS SITE LEAD ME TO QUIT and when today I look at my carving diary I am surprised that at any time I used to carve so much for smoke

ALL THE BEST and ANY SUPPORT ALL ARE HERE .

Cheers
