Alexa yes I have had days like that , I can re call 12 days in the demon came to visit in the afternoon top of @ work , I was like really wtf , it lasted all afternoon head in major FOG! All I wanted was a smoke and a big fat cup of java! I said one will not help if i have one I will want a thousand more, so I tackled the demon. By night time I was fine. You did the right thing do not give in 1 will not help you and you do not want to start all over again! Think I'm at day 29 and it hit me so hard this morning a trigger the demon , but they only last for a short time now! It gets better everyday you dont give in to the demon! TRUST ME IT DOES! Hello smoke free family! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was outstanding the demon was not that out of control only trigger was a hard one was after a great dinner at Bravos, Just talked myself out of it one will not taste good and it will not help me, placed a piece of NIC GUM in my mouth and chewed like there was no tomorrow lol!
