The Dream of Smoking!

Last night I had a dream that I smoked,and it was not good,the taste was bad the smoke coming out of my mouth made me ill! I woke up and said to myself thank God it was just a dream, I didn't want the demon to get the best of me and he didn't it was just a DREAM! Cheers all!

Triggers we all know to well what they are!

Triggers don't ever give in they pass, they say triggers can last up 3-10 minutes, yeah right come in inside of my body felt like some would last for an hour! Just have to be strong in the mind and never be weak, they will pass if I can fight a trigger anyone can trust me on this! Cheers jmk

Mmmm Fresh and Clean:)
