Dreams

I found this at dream dictionary:  "Dreaming that you are smoking indicates that you are trying to shield yourself and others against your emotions. You have trouble letting others in."  There's that word again.  Reminds me of a poem I once read,-"Don't Be Fooled By The Mask I Wear," by anonymous.  Find it on Google.  Hope you're having a grand day where ever you are.

Your Guide to Quitting - Being aware of junkie thinking

Hi Ashley.  Do I really want to quit?  Indeed.
One little puff leads to endless addiction.
A little reward?  Seeing oneself in the shop window as a non-smoker one the way to the store for a nice watermelon, pear, peaches, etc
A flick on the elastic band on the wrist reminds one that there is no going back and keep walking or washing the hands, brushing the teeth, whatever.  Strategy!!
Salute Freedom.
P.S.  My stash is almost gone and will not be replaced.
Tomorrow is Weedless Wednesday for me!

Weedless Wednesday

A practice run.  Tomorrow is Weedless Wednesday for me.  I'll spend the day walking and taking
in an afternoon movie or two at the mall,- cheap in the afternoon.  I can take my
portable DVD player to the library in the evening and watch movies for free.  Come home and go to bed.
Am already having vivid dreams.  Mr Duff was in it and lots of young people playing volleyball.
My apartment in the dream was open concept meaning it had no wall or window.  The kids were tossing the
ball back and forth from ground level to my upper flat.  I told Mr Duff and his lady to watch that his kids do not break my knick knacks.

Dreams

I don't want smoking in my dreams or real life, period.
I'll dream good dreams; it's all in the mind.

Update

Not going to say I Quit but rather that I Start my new life as a non-smoker.
I stood for a half hour today waiting for a bus while five people smoked right
in front of me.  I didn't care or make any judgment at all.  I just understood
their addiction and maybe felt sorry for them.
I am now making plans for my trip to Richmond, BC which will be happening
very soon.
Thanks for your help and support.  See you later.
