Quit date March 29, 09.  Used Chantix which is a mircle worker.  Have an inhaler in my mouth now, though it has no tobacco in it.  Just something to chew on.  Do I feel better ... not yet.  I fell hostile and angry.  I think I feel angry because I'm being denied something I really liked.  Did I want to quit?  Not really.  Am I never going to pick up a cigarette again ... no I'm not.  After a routene blood test, my doctor told me if I don't quit smoking, the chance of me having pulmonary #@#@*$#$ (something I cannot even begin to spell) will happen in 10 years.  Basically I'll probably die.  When your body starts making extra red blood cells to get more oxygen to your lungs, you know you are in trouble.  Anyhow, probably more information then I intended to devulge.  Thank You for listening.  And good luck to all of you out there removing the smoking curse from your lives.
