Well I'm back to try again! I did quit smoking last year on December 8, 2008. I'm sad to say that I started again on September 5, 2009. :(
I'm smoking 3 - 6 cigarettes a day or every other day. I sometimes "skip" a few days, and don't smoke at all. But the addiction/cravings are still there! One of the worst things about smoking again is the embarrassment and feelings of failure! So I'll give it another shot!
