New to the group

Hi My name is Teresa I have been smoke free 2 full days I am so happy to have found this site it has so much information on it It means alot that there are so many of you guys trying to help us newbies out I just hope that one day I can help somone out as well I smoked 2 packs a day for 20 years so I need all the help I can get but I am going to stay smoke free :)

Hot flashes

Meg and Judy I also have night sweats and mild hot flashes but the hot flashes may be from age as I am 4o I hope they are both from getting rid of the poison in my body leaving ? Feeling like crap!

What saved your quit?

What has worked and what hasn't
