A brisk 30-40 minute walk in the morning and evening is what I have been doing past 13 years. I got my pet dog couple of years into sobriety and she has been my sobriety buddy. She goes with me on all the walks. We both have kept the cholesterol away.

Anyone have recommendations on combining an exercise routine with alcohol/detox withdrawal. Fyi I'm 69 so no back flips please .
