So far I have only done a few things. 1 less smoke a day, posted a public pledge to quit, delayed smoking in the morning, try and hold off for 15 minutes when I want to smoke. I guess what I am trying to say is my thoughts are changing and I am looking at this differently. I will continue on this path to freedom.
