So the 4th of July here and gone! Well hard 4th this year,first holiday smoke free! Demon was coming on hard at the pool party and after the pool party! I did stay "STRONG" I did by saying to myself I will not go back, I will not disappoint myself ! I have never chewed so much NIC gum , it did help me! It felt like I was on day 2 all over again so many triggers!! Its been 21 days! Well woke up this morning feeling so GOOD that the demon did NOT get his way!! If can fight it off anyone can! Never give in because you do not want to start from the begin , I know I have started from the begin to many times! CHEERS PEOPLE STAY STRONG! JMK
