Who have you complemented today?

It can be hard to be positive when you are trying to stop smoking but positivity breeds positivity. The more you activily try to be positive the easier it will become and the better you will feel.

Negativity is draining and damaging to the individual who is negative and could be damaging to all of those around them. Negative people tend to project their insecurities on others with gossip, criticism, and negative remarks. Positive and confident people tend to see the good in others. They are comfortable pointing out the good qualities of others and they tend to do it often. This in turn leads to positivity around them and positivity in how others react to them.  So, what’s stopping you from letting others know how you see them? Who can you authentically complement today? Who do you appreciate and how can you let them know?

Actually, who can you complement right now on this site? Post your complements here :)
