Haven't really given any thought to a one week reward.... I have been a little "giving" to myself this week to make it through, but nothing major.  Still have basically saved the amount from smoking this week, and the 4 days before hand.  I have an idea I believe for the 1st month, and have it nailed down for the 6 month.  Tomorrow is not really a good day for anything I can think of for a reward.  Most places are closed here tomorrow, and our nasty meltdown is on the way, which makes walking messy.  I'll think of something, but I am commited to get all those rewards!

Bugger, keep taking it one day at a time and you'll go far!  You're doing awesome!  I agree with Sarah, you have a couple days left to plan your 1 week smoke free reward!  Be sure to make it special, you've earned it!

bugger,

You are just powering through this quit! Amazing!

Celebrations are definitely in order when you reach the one week mark! Have you thought about rewards at all? Any ideas planned to celebrate?

Keep us posted on how the rest of the week goes!

Another day done.  Off the NRT gum for 2 days, and using just regular gum.  Much better!  Doesn't dry my mouth out, and I don't have the guilt of replacing nicotine in my system (which is a lousy comment, NRT's can help you, this is just my psyche talking!).  Feeling great, still have a number of cravings.  Over my in-laws now with an ashtray sitting right here, can't move it out of the way cause it aint mine!  No matter, not bothering me in the least.   Still can't wait to finally hit the 1 week mark.  I am probably a bit calm for the end of a hell week, I had 4 days of practice!  Thanks again for your support, this place is the best NRT on the market!  Still I will need a bunch of support going forward, and hopefully a little celebration to finally hit the 1 week mark!

Sparky, glad to see you are still going strong !  I am rooting for you!  ... and congrats on post 1000!

Sometime it takes some of us to repeat and repeat.  Tell you the truth you are almost through Hell week and as long as you don't light up you will never have to repeat it again.  That darn chatter is awful.  Change your thoughts to clear minded issues and tell those chatter boxes to take a leap in the toilet.  You are doing great, outstanding, wonderful and more.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
