Hey all - Here I go!  Today is my quit day and so far so good, this morning was a bit hard when I had my coffee but like you all said, if you wait a bit, the craving goes away!  :)

Keep going Gonna do it! and there's nothing wimpy about the patch- it my quit method and it worked for me! and I am almost at my year now after being a chronic smoker for almost 37yrs. If the patch is making the quit more comfortable for you (and it did me) then stick with it, why put yourself through withdrawal if you dont have to- you've found your way and you're doing great!
