Hi Greenette, congrats! How do we learn to walk? We fall down a thousand times and refuse to settle for crawling?

Welcome back gottadoit, & yes we gottadoit..right? This time its going to work. But i have to say, today was & still is a bad day, go figure, its worse today then it has been for the last 4 days. I'm crying, craving, & depressed. Tomorrow has got to be a better day. My poor husband doesn't know what the heck to do.Poor guy. He used to smoke, he has not smoked for over 19 years. I don't ever remember him being crabby when he quit. He stays away from me when I snap at him. I did settle a bit, & went to him to say sorry. He gave me a hug & said.. are you a little better now? LOL. Gotta laugh a little.

Ahhhhhhhh Thanks you guys. See told ya, your all very supportive. I'm giving it my best shot. I don't want to smoke anymore. The only thing about this is, that I cry for no reason, just like the last time I quit. Its not as bad, but still there. Hopefully it will get better soon. Hi everyone. I was here in Febuary, i quit for 2 weeks, but failed. So here I am with my tail between my legs, feeling guilty. I quit smoking again on friday. So far so good. This time i'm on the patch & Ziban. It seems to be working better for me.I do get cravings, but they don't seem as bad as the last time. I'm taking 1 day at a time.Thats all I can do. Being in this group does help alot. You guys are all great. There's no judging anyone. Thanks for that. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 46 Amount Saved: $13.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 10 Mins: 41 Seconds: 27
