Congratulations! 2 years is a HUGE achievement.

What is one think you can remember that you learned while going through your quit?

Congratulations Carol

Two years I hope you gave yourself a well deserved reward for this milestone anniversary. With a lot of hard work and a little good luck we are right behind you.

Thank you,
Gary

Hi everyone!  I haven't visited in months, simply because I don't smoke :)

Today I received an automated email Congratulating me on my 2 years.  That prompted me to drop in here and say THANKS to all who helped me through those first hairy days, weeks, months!

I won't lie and say I never think about smoking or never desire a cig, that would be untrue.  But the incidents become fewer and fewer and most are quite easily dismissed.  There is a rough patch now and then but one just has to make it through.

May all your day be smoke-free and happy!

KTQ!!!!

Carol
