Hello I know it has been awhile since I last posted however....I am celebrating 90 days today nicotine free!!! I have been really busy with my new home and now I am back to classes I just don't find the time like I used to to post but, this is a day I did not ever think I could achieve. I have had some mighty TEMPTATIONS but, I still did not break down and smoke. Although some days are hard for the most part it is a rewarding journey and hopefully with prayer I can continue my journey. If you think you can't do this YOU CAN....One day at a time and sometimes for me it was one minute at a time, whatever it takes just DO IT!!!
