I'm also drinking CAFFEINE...which in times past, I was told to avoid because it was a trigger for the Nicodemon! But...(pardon my expression) I've got that Nicodemon by the *balls* now...or should I say HORNS??? At any rate... I AM a NON smoker...AT LAST!!! Thanks ALL for your encouragement, and support! Yesterday, I went to the grocery store to pick up a few necessities! I had substantial amount for my purchases...with plenty left over! The *test* that I passed was...I walked out of the store with my purchase, and NEVER even *thought* about buying a pack of cigarettes! I will admit when sitting at my computer, those *pyschological* urges can be rather strong at times! The urges are NOT for the cigarette, it's just the *habit* of having it hanging out of my mouth! For the most part, the straws help a lot...but, there are some times that the urges comes in rapid succession, even with the straw in my mouth! But, I think I solved that problem yesterday when I was at the store...I spent $3 (that I would spend on cigarettes...and bought 4 pack of Trident Cinnamon gum! Now when those harder urges strike...the 8warm* cinnamon in the gum helps curb it! Thanks ALL! God Bless! I AM a NON smoker...AT LAST!
