Dear Phillip Way to go on 140 days and your fitness improvements! And by the way.....I found the 15 pounds you lost if you want them back! (kidder) I am just so impressed by ALL your stats. I am just now starting to deal with weight and exercise. I can say though not smoking makes exercise and fitness easier! Keep up all the great things you are doing My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/30/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 159 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,391 Amount Saved: $477 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 9 Mins: 21 Seconds: 45

My meter just rolled over 140 days and I am very happy. I weight 15 pounds less than I did in the beginning of February and I can swimm 1200 meters. My waist is two inches smaller and I can carry the dog upstairs without thinking I am going to have a coronary. I am not as fatigued as what I was and I am not stressed like I was. I am more me than I have been in forever and I am more truthful and "withit" than I have ever been. I am finding more and more of me all the time and I am putting more and more and more of myself on the line, not hiding behind the cloud of smoke any more. There is lots more; however, here I am celebrating and cheering myself on. Happy 140 days. Happy 20 weeks. Happy quitting to me! :) Phillip My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 140 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,800 Amount Saved: $1050 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 19 Mins: 36 Seconds: 9
