ok.....maybe it was to me...? I don't know....I DO know that I will NOT slip again....I will go by N~O~P~E~..... SO I won't ever need to turn back my meter......I have allowed myself to brush those two cigs off as a learning experience..thats it----no more....3 strikes and I start from scratch! So I guess you can say...that I have set my own limitations!...I have to be strict with myself! It is my life, my health, my future...If I want it as much as I say I do...then I need to prove it.... TO MYSELF----and my support... Both excellent ideas for those of us motivated by the meter & the money. I agree that this wouldn't work for everyone but I think it would stop me if I really took a sec & thought about my meter & actually pictured myself having to reset it. I would be furious with myself. My thing if I even took one puff I would have to reset my meter, but of course that is only me, the rest of you do only what you think is best for you.
