impalamania - YEP, very, very good idea!

Thanks everyone. Can not believe - a whole month and I DID IT!

Yesterday a client came to the office and beckoned me outside to have a cigarette, and I just said  in a normal tone, "I don't smoke'. And then I thought... Good God, I don't smoke!  It was like a penny dropping in  my head.

I've been agitated, but crazy thoughts and talking to myself all day has disappeared.  It's weird, I still think about having a cigarette, but it's almost like a distant thought and is easy to dispell.  Who would have thought.

I'm busy as hell at work, and really need to address my weight. I'm thinking a weekend away with my $400 I saved (less all the retail stuff I spent in the first week, less the Gucci watch... ooops, I owe my non-smoking fund a few dollars! LOL!).........

Anyhows, a weekend away is what I need, and I'l be ready to change nmy eating habits - hopefully inmuch the same way as I did my smoking habit - one day at a time......

Thanks to everyone here... xxxx

That is great news!!
And about your smoking invasion...no comment!
How rude of them.
I allow smoking at home in partys because I have smoking friends, but I don't allow smoking in any other situation!
