anger, aggressiveness.....

Hello, I was just wondering if anybody knows more about why stoping smoking can make you agressive? The topic came up in the "October quitters" thread- and I realized I'm not alone. It's been 16 days now that I haven't touched a fag- so the physical withdrawal symptoms should be gone???? Martha, thank you for the tips on how to try to calm down and your support. I am just worried because I am so mad with everything: my life, my job, my boyfriend... Did nicotine help me support a difficult relationship and life? Maybe, but I doubt it. It MUST be the nicotine (or lack) that's freaking me out. WHY????????? Anybody have any ideas? Anybody in the same situation?
