i must have mentioned that I have had more coughs and colds since I quit and a friend of mine who smokes 40 per day keeps telling me that not smoking is bad for me. My latest cough is clearing up today and guess what he has the mother of all coughs and colds just in time for Xmas!!! Somebody loves me!! hahaha Cobenfan. A stinker is true. I am the only good smelling adult in my house and my entire family. Sad but true. Burning lots of candles when they all come over stinking of stale smoke ewwwww just thinking about it. I have had a cough for a while. My hubby is like, was it worth quitting? Heck yeah it was. Mine is asthma related and thanks to my choice of smoking, I will have a cough until I get it under control. Hugs everyone!! Phil, Check with your doctor, smoking has a habit of masking problems that become more noticeable when you quit. Glad you are feeling better and just in time for the week-end! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team
