This is my own Duffism. Duffis wrote this for ME because he cared about me. Thanks for reminding me Ladybugg. Refocus and live. I'm going home to my precious children now. I'm in the process of getting rid of a lot of old stuff which has triggered a lot of memories and emotions. I remembered that Duffis wrote a duffism for me a while back when things seemed to be a bit much to deal with and decided to take a break and look for it. As I re-read this thread, I realize that the main reward of reaching for goals is the growth and development that are obtained along the way. The most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life is quit smoking. Reflecting on what it took to obtain this goal, I realize that the people that have loved and cared about me along the way have enriched my life to a level I never thought possible. What I gained along the journey to be smoke free is invaluable to me and I thank you. I missed this the first time around but have read it just now and loved every word of it. I was taking a quick break between dashing out to accomplish the next thing on my list and have decided to stay in and have a "perfectly right day". Many thanks Duffis! Best wishes, luna
