Spring has Sprung!

We have had some fantastically abnormal weather here in Southern Ontario, and the kids and I have been spending more time outdoors, walking, playing at the park.  Amazing how a bit of sunshine makes you feel so much better!

Normally on the spring I start doing outdoor sports such as running and bicycling.

Yesterday was the first day of spring. How do you feel? No different? Then get into the spring spirit by doing something refreshing
  • Go for a walk while be present to what's around you
  • Clean out a room, this will give you more space and cleaner air
  • Paint a room what a great way to brighten up a room
  • Make a fruit salad
  • Rearrange furniture in a room for a new feel
  • Garden, it is theraputic
  • Buy a new plant to put in your window
  • Start a new routine or hobby
  • Take your kids or pet to the park
Liven up your spring days. Take control and see the difference it makes to your mood and health long term.
What are some spring time activities have you done or are planning to do?
