Happy Valentines Day!

Hi Ashley. I would choose enjoy and excitement if I could :)

Yesterday I had a pleasant evening with my wife. I offered my wife a red rose and a postcard and we had dinner in a nice restaurant as planned.

Happy Valentines Day!

Special occasions and holidays can bring enjoy, excitement, fear and frustration.  Which would you choose if you had the chance?  Looking forward to this holiday can help with being positive in your progress.  Preparing for it can be essential.

Make it a special day and use your relaxation techniques and plan a day for you and/or someone else. Take a break and concentrate on what makes you smile!

Think big or think small, it is all about you!

What are you planning?
