Myth or Fact?

Myth: If you wait it out, your depression will always go away.

Fact:  This is a very common myth. Many people think that they’re just sad or moody because of what is going on around them. This may be, but you also may be experiencing depression and require further help. If left untreated your depression could last for months or even years.
