Spring has Sprung!

Hi Red,

Good idea with taking things slow in the garden. Gardening is so rewarding but it is easy to overwork yourself as there is so many things one could plant . I love the idea of flowers and song birds! So funny, just last night I was admiring a nice summer dress that had song birds and flowers pattern. I thought what a lovely patten. Synchronicity!

Hugs,

A nice new welcome mat sounds nice Hugs!

I went to buy a wonderful mat, so people  can feel welcome, and shake the dirt off outside.

The day before, I was reading about a man who couldn't walk, and asked for healing, and he was told to get up and take his mat and walked for the first time in 38 years.

Hey Ashley,

Happy Spring to you too..

Well Spring has Sprung around here..The roses and trees have their new growth and should have buds soon..
We started getting the ground ready for a vegetable garden again today. Taking it easy and doing a little each day..Don't want to rush it because I want to enjoy every minute of it..Oh I forgot to mention I am also planning my next quilting project..Something with Flowers and Songbirds suits my fancy this time around..I think..It's just in my imagine at this point..but it is going to be beautiful..

Yesterday was the first day of spring. How do you feel? No different? Then get into the spring spirit by doing something refreshing
  • Go for a walk while be present to what's around you
  • Clean out a room, this will give you more space and cleaner air
  • Paint a room what a great way to brighten up a room
  • Make a fruit salad
  • Rearrange furniture in a room for a new feel
  • Garden, it is theraputic
  • Buy a new plant to put in your window
  • Start a new routine or hobby
  • Take your kids or pet to the park
Liven up your spring days. Take control and see the difference it makes to your mood and health long term.
What are some spring time activities have you done or are planning to do?
