Thank you Ashley,
If anyone has done any acting, I'd like to hear their benefits.

Right now, i'm not sure I have time for an avocation, but this definately goes onto my bucket list.

Hi H:  reminds me of these old sayings - fake it 'til you make it.  Or dress for the occasion and/or, dress for the job.  Go out smiling even if you feel sad.  and of course, think positive when you feel negative.  All sorts of acting...as you say your mood changed for the role you played.  Sounds like we CAN change our moods when thinking positive thoughts.

I wonder if anyone has ever taken an acting class

Having taken one, I found that I was actively changing my moods, since the assigned roles required shifting behaviours!

I'd offer that alternative to anyone who wishes to help change, along with this programme and other individual and group programmes
