Great post hugs4u! Reflecting on the people we know and the possibilities we have can be such a refreshing experience.
Use this positive energy to move forward with your tasks and projects that you need to work on.

Members, have you recently reflected on your surroundings (people, places, activities)? I encourage you to make an inventory of people in your life and hopefully this will lead you to take the initiative on a goal you may have.

After a wonderful long walk last night, I felt refreshed this morning.  I normally go to the gym, but after 25 years, maybe I'm bored.

I was feeling overwhelmed with all the projects I have, and how "isolated" I am, which is true "in theory".

But then I started to list all the people I know and their skills - a cousin the USA who is woodworker(we live in a house full of work); a cousin in the city who is a retired mason(we have lots of renovation things to do); a lawyer in the family who is a land developer(we may have to sell our home); a friends sister who is an interior designer(we may need help staging the house to be sold)....

Maybe sometimes we isolate ourselves by not recognizing our "possibilities".
