how long have you had panic attacks?

Matt.

I suppose you are wondering when they will stop. You will probably never know. It just happens, on the other hand for some they just become so mild they don't count. We are all different. The program does work for everyone. What you get depends on how much time you put in.
Ashley is right. You can still use the tools. Time doesn't matter, besides the past is the past and doesn't count.

Great discussion Tompkin001!

Just a note - no matter how long or how short a time period you have had Panic Attacks you can still use these tools to effectively challenge them.

Hi All,

In learning more about others experiences, how long have you had panic attacks? I have been working at it for about a year and a half now since the date of diagnosis. What has been your experience? Thank you for sharing.
