Welcome MailyP!

I am so glad you are enjoying the site. I see you have already completed quite a few trophies. Nice work!

To access the anxiety program it is very similar to how you access the depression content. Once you are logged in, on the "home" page you should see 3 tabs at the top, centre of the page (Depression/Anxiety/More help). Click on the middle tab (Anxiety) and you will see the anxiety program badges. Click on the badges to access the content. I hope this explanation helps you find it! If you have any more trouble please let us know.

hi 👋

Im very new to this site and was looking for a little assistance! I noticed people have badges for depression, anxiety and more. I have only found the “trophies” for depression and “butterflies” for other. Where do I find the anxiety section?

I suffer from depression, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias and panic attacks, and have recently had to step away from work for a while so I can sort my life out and start to feel like myself again.

I have been browsing around and enjoy what I have been seeing/reading thus far!

Thanks, 😊
