Today, for the second day, my sleep was interrupted. It happens more often with my being more concerned, as the sun and summer approaches, and decisions & stresses.
I found I was groggy all day, and forced myself to go to the gym, and feel energized, now.
I wonder if others feels their mood makes them drowsy?
Or could it just be my sleep being interrupted?(some people carpooling are too lazy to get out of their cars to pick up their rides, really early in the morning, it seems, just when I'm drifing into deep sleep.
But then, doesn't everyone who's old enough to drive have cellphone now?)
