So true again. I do a lot of crafting and volunteer work and WOW does it make a huge impact on mood. I can be so low when I begin but once I am done I feel great.

Start a new project. Find something that motivates and inspires you. When you feel low or depressed, getting going is often the most difficult part. But once going, it may help to introduce a period of fun and accomplishment into your day.
